TANDEM Madrid is a prestigious educational center which has offered the highest quality Spanish courses since 1982 with the highest accolades.
The quality our school offers is evidenced by our CEELE accreditation (certification of quality in teaching Spanish as a second language) awarded by the University of Alcalá de Henares and by the Instituto Cervantes.
Our school is housed in a 19th Century building with exceptional character and architecture which provides: 14 classrooms that are fully equipped with the necessary material and resources as well as air-conditioning and heating, a multimedia room, library, snack area, and courtyard. TANDEM is located within a short walk of the Parliament, Retiro Park, and the Prado Museum.
Our students come from a wide variety of countries and take part in classes which respond to a broad range of needs, requirements and interests. We are located in the center of the city in a 19th century building surrounded a beautiful pedestrian area. Once inside our School, you will see that everything has been decorated with the greatest care. A variety of artists have contributed their creativity to decorate the different classrooms: you may find yourself in the “Kitsch Paradise” , in “Doctor loco”, or the Hippie classroom ...
The School offers the latest audiovisual resources and teaching methods as well as young and dynamic teachers which are experienced and accredited. All of these features guarantee a rapid and effective progress in your learning of Spanish.
In addition to a wide variety of extracurricular activities, every week we offer a free class on a cultural topic that often Pleasantly surprises, as well as a free cooking class on Spanish cuisine with the great Chef Nando!
