MADRID’S GASTRONOMY
In Madrid you can experience a multitude of culinary pleasures, as its cuisine is a fusion of traditional fare from regional kitchens and international cuisine. You will find a great variety of truly exquisite dishes, conceived in the region itself to delight the palate and pleasantly surprise. Such well-known dishes as cocido (chickpea, meat and vegetable stew), tripe, garlic soup and an endless array of tapas have emerged from the city’s kitchens. Here you can savor everything from Valencian paella, and elaborately prepared desserts from the Basque Country, to fish from the coast of Galicia and the Mediterranean Sea. We will taste wines from Madrid and from other designation of origin regions.

The city offers a multitude of ultra-modern restaurants and bars that combine good cuisine with cutting edge design.
