Combined Program TANDEM - UCLMThe combined TANDEM-UCLM semester program is designed for students with an advanced or superior level before arrival and who wish to improve their Spanish in an academic context during the time of one semester.The combined TANDEM-UCLM year program is designed for students with an intermediate or basic Spanish level at the beginning of their courses and who wish to improve during a whole year. |

HousingTANDEM arranges housing in homestays for students who participate in the Semester programs. By living with a Spanish family, the students are exposed to countless examples of authentic speech and culture and thus better learn the language.Each homestay has been carefully chosen by our Resident Director and Housing Department to ensure the best possible living arrangements for each student. Homestays may consist of a single señora (with or without children) or a traditional two-parent household. Homestays provide three meals per day and laundry service once per week for the official duration of the program. All TANDEM families are welcoming and generous with their home, but participants should remember that they are guests and will be expected to adapt to the traditions and rules of their host family. |
